Susan Vance truly must have had a genuine calling to be a physician. She is so warm and caring that I actually look forward to my annual visit with her.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I've been going to Dr. Vance since the early 90's. She is wonderful, and so are the people in her office.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
