Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

While Dr, Carpenter is pleasant, kind and compassionate Dr., his nurses are beyond rude and unpleasant. Seeing you spend/talk to them more than him, this is what actually drives your experience. They treat you as if something is wrong with you and you are a piece on the ground. They NEVER smile, rude, hang up on you and not helpful at all toward patients needs. When mentioned to others in office, nothing changes. The overall experience each time is miserable, including the 2 hour wait. I have tried for a while as I love Dr. Carpenter but am done as I know there are many good Dr. that have friendly staff to match the compassion of the doctor. At the end of the day YOU are the client! Many forget without us as patients THEY are not in business.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
