I am 20, I was diagnosed with all kinds of lady issues when I was 18. I was told that I could never have children. I was diagnosed by Dr. Richards. He made the effort to make me feel as comfortable as possible as he was checking me, (first time). He answered all of my questions, I even called him several times after I left his office to ask more questions. When the rest of my test results were in he called me personally to discuss them. I am very pleased.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
