The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they would answer to their knowledge but it seem to be very generic answers they said they would speak to the Dr. Durkin and return my call which they never did. Their prices were pretty high, and at the begining they where willing to do payment plans but at the end they were not I had to pay upfront for any additional services needed. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not and they where closed two weeks consecutive at a time (and of course that's when I needed them). I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment but I always felt they where in a rush to get me out of the office especially towards the end when my braces where about to get tooken off, I was always lost because things where not explain properly and throughouly most times I would have to read what they wrote on the computer on my archive to have and idea of what was happening, they would write notes of things they supposedly explain when they never even took the time to do so. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant especially when I called with questions specifically to my situation they would say they would call back and never did, I had to call them back several times and still didn't get my questions answered. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.

No, there was no annoying music

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Does this orthodontist use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
