This doctor does reviews for workers comp. The review he did for me was filled with untruths. He said I was anxious throughout the review and I was crying though out the review. All not true. I was being checked for my concussion and neck injury and he stated in review I had serious psychological and psychiatric issues. This man should not be a Doctor. He also said I did not remember the fall, which was a lie, because I told him exactly what happen. If workers comp. tells you to see this Doctor request another one.
