Dr. Shortell is always flexible and available. It is obvious he truly cares about his patients. He is extremely knowledgable in his field of expertise. In addition to myself, he has treated my husband and my two children who are highly involved in sports. He has always been there when we have needed a visit. I have recommended him to many people and they have all been satisfied. He is a great chiropractor and human being. I highly recommend him.

I have struggled with herniated discs since 2005. The back pain became so debilitating last January 2014 that I started missing work and could not carry any weight. I saw an orthopedic surgeon who recommended Dr. Shortell instead of surgery (which is unusual). "This guy is good", he told me. And he was right. Dr. Shortell took X-rays, performed a thorough exam, analyzed my MRI, and gave me a proper diagnosis (hyperlordosis). Based on his diagnosis, he then used specially selected chiropractic adjustments, home exercises, and electro-therapy to completely heal my back over a 2 month period. I now routinely go on 60-70 mile bike rides and can sit for long periods of time without any pain. Dr. Shortell is very knowledgeable, always takes the time to give thoughtful advice, and is just a great guy.

I've been seeing Dr. Shortell for many years now and couldn't be happier with the services I've received. Never once have I felt as if un-necessary visits were recommended or scheduled, and the appointments have always gone smoothly. He has a friendly office staff and I have never hesitated to spread the word of the great service I've received over the years. If you need a chiropractor give him a visit!

I have been going to Dr. Shortell for many years. He has treated me for back and neck pain. If it wasn't for him, I can honestly say that I wouldn't be walking and as active as I am.
He treats not only the symptoms but the underlying causes of pain. He genuinely cares about his patients, physically and emotionally. Currently, I see him once a month for maintenance. I always look forward to seeing him because I always feel better after my treatment. Dr. Shortell is a gem!

Dr. Shortell is a very competent and compassionate practioner. He is focused on the patient's recovery and overall good health. The staff is helpful and kind to their patients. I highly recommend this office for all ages, not only with physical challenges, but also for the very young for a better start to life.

I felt much better after my appointments. I was in very bad shape. My pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff are some of the most friendly, staff I've ever dealt with. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience a pleasant one.

They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
