I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

Dr Bevalaqua is a highly trained, skilled and compassionate surgeon. He ALWAYS follows up after a procedure. I have had several extractions and high quality implants performed here. I am not a relative or friend of this physician and will gladly recommend him to anyone needing an oral surgeon. I have no idea what thie other reviewer is talking about. This is the only physician who actually checks up on his patients personally and is highly personable. A rarity in these days of managed, rushed medical care.

Truly the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. My daughter was seen 5 weeks ago today. He was supposed to call as after he had looked at the xray. I have called, and called, and called. He has never called me back to discuss what he thought of the films. Now he is out for another week. 6 weeks and no answers. He already billed the insurance though. I’m disgusted with him and his rude staff.
