The doctor made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel great that I found this practice!

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I trust this provider and office with both myself and my child. The office team is ver on top of everything. I have found the Glastonbury office to be busier, but I try to book the earliest appointments possible (I believe they start at 6am) so waiting is never an issue.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
