There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were a little too argumentative. Twice the woman who answered the phone scheduled appointments for me and then when I went to them they weren't open. The first time she said she would never have schedule an appointment for me on that day because they weren't open, and the second time I called and confirmed myself the day before and she gave me a different appointment time, which I wrote down and said see you then, and when I get there they are closed. The doctor answered the emergency number when I called and said I had an earlier appointment time (I never told him who I was) and repeatedly said I was mistaken and then accused me of calling (what turned out to be his wife) a liar. I'm sorry he is having health problems but the lack of professionalism is inexcusable. My time is money as well.

They're on Williams Street now!
But they have great service, and I 100% recommend going to see Dr. Ross if you have any foot concerns.
