Jody takes her time to listen to you and believes in least amount of medicine as possible. She listens to the symptoms and considers them carefully even when test results show otherwise. She believes that sometimes you have to dig deeper to see the whole picture.

Whoever answers the phone there was Very rude and short and could care less about why you are calling. Sometimes when people call they have real medical problems and they need help. Maybe try and show some compassion. Definitely just going through the motions... I think jody is one of the best doctors out there, truly cares about people and will do whatever she can to help you out. Take on the office? Its like going to a great restaurant the food is amazing but the waitress has horrible service.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

The only complaint I have about this clinic is the wait time. On the flip side of that I know that is because she spends quality time with each of her patients. I feel that she genuinely tries to meet every need and address each concern. I would definitely recommend her.
