Horrible front desk Secretary, young lady is very rude. They constantly screw up our appointments. One time i waited over an hour, and they called everyone else that came after me, and no one called my name, so i went up and asked why I haven't been called, the Secretary said it was cause i was a walk in, I said no im not I have an appointment, and i showed her my appointment card, and she didn't know what to say. Next time I came in, I asked her if she got my referral, that my primary faxed her, she said no, then she proceeded to talk crap about me in Spanish, so I answered her back in Spanish, she turned white. Very rude front check in Secretary.

Waiting time is excessive. You do not get call backs. They will not renew your prescriptions even though you have seen the doctor within the six month period. The doctors are great once you get to see them.
