They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I appreciated that they didn't leave me unattended during my appointment. They were very attentive the entire time. I was so impressed by how much they knew about medical advancements in pulmonology. They even knew about advancements that had happened very recently. I was so impressed with their staff. They were so professional and respectful. I left my appointment feeling overjoyed and very satisfied. I finally found someone who really knew what they were talking about, and was able to help me. I was very impressed with Dr Snyder and although I had dealt with other pulmonologists, even within this group, I will continue to deal with him, because of his knowledge and personality. He is never condescending, even if you have 50 'dumb' questions, and he will spend as much time with you as necessary. I would recommend him every day of the week!!!

The office was easy enough to find. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
