Dr Stivleman is an amazing doctor. He is intelligent and his paitent manners are impeccable. His office staff in simi are defunct. my mother had a follow up appointment and the office did not bother to get her chart ahead of time. So we waitied for an hour and I finally had to ask. All they could say is we were waiting for the chart. I thought that's what office staff is for!
