I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their magazine selection in the waiting room was pretty bare. I wish they had provided more reading material to make time go by faster while I was waiting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
