I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Almost as soon as I entered the appointment room, they came in to see me right away. I liked that I wasn't left waiting in there long. They've always been great about returning my phone calls quickly. They usually return my call within a couple days.
