They didn't make me wait long in the waiting room at all. They called me back to see the doctor a couple minutes after I sat down. They thoroughly explained my medication to me and went over dosage, scheduling, and side effects before I started taking it. I felt a lot more comfortable knowing what I was taking. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I never felt nervous in their care. I knew that I was in the care of an expert.
