Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I have been seeing Dr. Jaffe for over 10 years. My experiences at his office have been consistent throughout: Dr. Jaffe is kind, compassionate, listens well, great sense of humor. It's obvious Dr. Jaffe is passionate about his work. He stays well informed and educated on the latest developments and trends in rheumatology. He is absolutely honest and forthcoming. Even when his office is full and you know he has numerous demands on his time, you never have to wait long, and, he never makes you feel that you have to be in and out within specific time constraints - you always have his complete and undivided attention. Staff is fantastic. Office and restrooms are spotless. Dr. Jaffe is the best!!
