5 Stars and a gigantic Thank You to Mark Nellermoe and his staff. Great service in every area. Went in with Plantar Facitiius from not enough stretching and to much tennis. Mark, gave me the tools, and worked on my feet which had me up and walking normally in just a few weeks. All the months seeking relief for my feet, and it only took a few visit with Mark and going to One on One Physical therapy, and now I can walk again, pain free. Mark had the knowledge and skill to get right to the root cause of my pain and his recommendations worked. Wish I had seen him a year ago. Would have saved me much agony and $$$. Nice guy, to the point, and as a bonus, he has the nicest support staff.

Never, they are very reliable.
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this podiatrist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Absolutely!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

My second appointment is today (12/4/13).
Our schedule is busy, but we are always available on Monday and Friday, and Tuesday and Thursday morning. Sounds reasonable, but not to Dr. Nellermoe; he is only available on Wednesday and Tuesday and Thursday afternoon!
Only time will tell if he is good at his job.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
