I would have to say this is the nicest Dr I have ever visited. Professional AND sociable. I would recconend his service to everyone. I didn't wait very long & he fixed me up the same day. I am very very happy with the service he provided. The receptionist is super nice too. What a great experience.

I've been waiting months for orthotics and no one ever calls to let me know what's going on. I'm given one estimate after another, wait a week past the deadline, and call them to follow up bc I haven't heard from them. When I do, the receptionist is very rude and has the attitude of "don't call me, I'll call you". I'm at the point of asking for my medical records so I can go elsewhere for care.

I was trying to make an appointment and the lady who answered was very rude disrespectful and then hung up on me .... horrible customer service and I will be reporting everywhere!!!!! maybe this place should learn manners

He is a good doctor and his office and staff were great. I had concerns about the surgery/examination room. It looked like it had not been cleaned well and I kept noticing what I thought was poor sterile technique with his hands and instruments.

I can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. This provider is a pleasure to work with! The time and money spent was so worth it. They really went above and beyond to make my teenage son feel special.. It seems to me that they really care about their clients. The staff was both informative and could sense our urgency and were willing to accommodate our needs. My son was scheduled almost immediately on 4-21-14. My son who is 16 was in excruciating pain from an ingrown toenail on his right big toe. He had suffered with it for nearly three weeks because he had other commitments at school he could not get out of. We explained the issues with the receptionist who was kind and understanding, and she quickly set an appointment for him. I had some questions pertaining to cost and recovery and she graciously answered them. When we arrived at the office at his appointed time we were greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello. Within 15 minutes of arriving my son was in the doctors office. Doctor Victor Sucheski is honestly one of the best doctors I have encountered in the past 20 years. He is a genuinely caring individual. He immediately puts you at ease with his smile. We had questions, and he addressed them and explained the procedure to both my son and I. I just want to say, I had an ingrown toenail removed over 30 years ago, and I remember the shot that I was given prior to it. I remember it as being extremely painful. Dr. Sucheski was recommended by my physician who said he was the best at giving the digit shot. Well, I can tell you this........HE IS AMAZING! My son was playing games on his phone when he was given the shot, and didn't feel any discomfort. The whole procedure was so quick. He talked with my son during the ingrown toenail removal, and they laughed and joked. This was a A++ experience. This week my son has his other ingrown toenail on his left big toe to be done. He thinks Dr. Sucheski is "a great doctor" and has no apprehension on this upcoming appointment. In fact, he says he cannot wait until he gets it done because he almost immediately felt relief from the right toe procedure.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
