I am elderly person who has refuse to give a service in Santa Maria office by Dr. Birkholm staff.My primary Dr.referred me to his office but when I call their office to confirm about my appointment, the staff and especially the office manager is very rude to me and hang up on me a number of times because they think I don't have Insurance or money for their service....BUT THEIR WRONG..I am 81 yrs old who need care here,I don't deserve to be treated like this! I HOPE THE DR> BIRKHOLM WILL READ THIS AND TAKE SOME ACTION.
