This is my very first time to see Dr. Wendy Wu, she and her staff are very professional, I went in for a second opinion on my (ankle)calcaneus fracture. She treated me with a lot care and comfort. Dr. Wu understands her patients needs, she has a very easy going personality. I highly recommend(5stars) her for her specialty. I hope in the future she accepts work comp patients.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Yes, they seemed very qualified

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

The dr seems rushed and annoyed by asking questions. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I didn't feel welcome there. Their billing department was a mess. They billed me for the treatment even my health insurance paid. I am totally disappointed by this office and I felt worse when I left.
