Making an appointment was easy and no problem getting a time that worked for me. My issue came when I entered the office. Office staff was the most unfriendly I have encountered in a long time. This is a small town and I came here thinking this would be a more friendly atmosphere than the Twin Cities. Wrong! I did not have to wait to see the doctor. The medical assistant was nice and made conversation. The doctor came in, shook my hand and introduced himself. He addressed my issues, asked no other questions. In other words, he was not interested in anything but my foot. He had to clip my large toe nail but I had to ask him to clip the rest of my toes. I've taken my father to podiatrists for years & the doctor always cuts his nails without him asking! Then the medication he recommended is only available through him and he does not accept prescription insurance!! I've never encountered this before and due to his lack of personality, I won't go back.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
