Very nice polite and pleasant helpful staff. willing to see you when you need an emergency visit. Very compassionate with younger/ disabled people. Highly recommend them

On February 11, 2015, I had appointment with Dr. Gretz. When I arrive to the office, I was told by the receptionist that I have a deductible . So she went in the back to speak with the doctor, I was told , If I couldn't pay one of the three prices that was quote I wasn't going to been seen. At this time I'm piss off, first of all someone could have call me the day before, I wasted my money traveling by public transportation just to be told you can't be seen the receptionist have the nerve to give me a card to reschedule. Dr. Gretz will never have to worry about me every coming back to this office every in life and will never refer anyone to this office. I know some people do not pay there bills, but I'm not one of these people ok.
