They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I was in pain with undiagnosed plantar fasciitis and had been to only one podiatrist in my life- a local practitioner, who did very little to help me -except to say 'it might go away' on its own. I had a similar experience when I went to my primary care doctor - "just live with it" and 'take Advil' was all she offered. I could barely walk at one point and was very frustrated. I got referred to Dr. David Bernstein by a neighbor whose a nurse. On my first visit with him, he quickly assessed my foot problem, ordered me a special boot to wear to speed up my recovery, and to alleviate the excruciating pain I was in by now, he prescribed a course of anti-inflammatory medication and ice therapy. He saw me weekly and I even endured a cortisone shot (which I was dreading but it worked miracles). In less than 2 months, I was able to get back to my normal life and was no longer in constant pain. He truly is an excellent doctor - caring, professional, and thorough - I am so glad someone referred me to him. I probably would have just kept going from doctor to doctor seeking help. I recommend him whenever I learn of someone having foot problems and they say the same thing about him (after thanking me!). My husband and boss now go to him too - can't say enough positive things about Dr. Bernstein!
