They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
