Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
