I have used DR Nitta for 12 years and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Even when our insurance changed and her office became out-of-network (only being covered by an 80/20 coverage instead of a simple copay), we felt it was worth the added expense. Thankfully, a couple years later, we were able to change again to a company so that the office is now under in-network coverage.

The office is friendly and helpful. We do have occasional waits, but I have found that is to be expected anywhere when you are dealing with children as patients. The staff listens well to my concerns and are happy to answer any questions I have. DR Nitta is quick to call me at home with test results so I don't have to wait and worry and she or her nurse have often called to follow up out of concern.

The office is closely located to a major hospital with an excellent pediatric unit.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
