I was a little apprehensive after reading several reviews online. I suffer from post surgical pain that is very slowly getting better. Majority of the office staff was courteous and pleasant. Dr. Fairleigh took time to listen to me was very understanding and very pleasant. He agreed with the course of treatment I am currently under and was very helpful. I have no further hesitation to visit him.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Not only did D.E.F not have any professionalism observable in his words and attitude, he had acted as if his criticisms were appropriate, as tho he wasn't listening to me and that he did not care, that he did not hear or believe my words or my symptoms, including their causes being attributed to make believe. THE PROBLEM BECOMES; When i became conscious, Dr. Wolff started yelling at me *remember this a 4 vert 8 screw 2 bars and plates and more. I recorded his tirade. But more insane, Dr. David E. Fairleigh promptly entered my recovery room the day i woke and Dr. Wollf left; he leans over to my ear (remember, there is unbearable pain after surgery), and tells me he's thru and will not provide me anything any more for post pain control. David E Fairleigh, MD is not qualified and should never be sought out for compassion in reducing pain as per his pseudo professional responsibility. He will be sued.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Dr. Fairleigh did not make me feel as if he was paying attention to me as he took not one, but TWO phone calls while in the room with me. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all, nor will I need to in the future as I will not be returning to him.
