Dr Kim is supposed to be a scientist. I spent 3 months going to him and even tho tests were definitive he calls it a weird case. When a medication left me unable to get my head off of the pillow he yelled at me and told me he there was nothing he could do. I said that I would go to a new Dr and he said good and hung up. He is a Dr that doesn't have a clue as to what he was doing and doesn't care enough to research even when I was diagnosed with a major disease. He just keeps you coming in to keep the insurance payments coming in. Find another Dr!!!!

Dr. Kim was very helpful and thorough. He said my condition would get better as time passes and yes he was right. My problem went away. I am so glad that I went to him and heard an honest opinion. My previous doctor did so many tests on me and cost me so much money and he did not find anything. I wish I could have seen him first. His office staff have been always so nice. Oh, Dr. Kim does not have office on Sycamore, they told me they moved couple of years ago. Now his office is on the west side of Simi Valley. Call them before you go!

They’re friendly and courteous, but I always feel like I have to lead the conversation. Even when I tell the Dr “I think this”, he says “maybe something else” or seems to ignore me all together. Their staff is very friendly but could use some more experience. The Dr is great at prescribing meds, but they don’t take migraines seriously. It's time to move on and find a Dr who does.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
