Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

As with all appointments I confirm whether my insurance is accepted. Her staff confirmed it was. I knew I was in for something by her unprofessional, varicose-veined, unhosiered appearance. What doctor shows up to work in a disheveled skirt suit that a dusty pawed house pet probably slept on? Seriously!

My appointment was scheduled for 2PM. I was called at 3:30 to see Dr. Khan enter the bathroom shouting into her cell phone. Anxiously I waited, as her not so private dispute droned through the bathroom door. At 4:00 she re-entered her office with an associate. Behind closed doors they chatted until 4:30. She resurfaced with a flustered "Who’s next?" And checked my paperwork with a matter-of-fact "I don’t accept your plan." No apologies whatsoever. Her own staff blamed her for the error implying that she wasn't being truthful.

This was a minor issue that could've been caught sooner if she checked the chart instead of chatting away 2.5 hours of my precious time. Dr. Khan is a self-centered individual who lacks regard. Dr. Afshan Khan is one Neurologist who should have her own head examined.

worst doctor ever. I've seen this doctor twice and I have waited in her waiting room for a total of three hours. once my appointment finally started she rushed me through everything did not listen to anything I had to say. the office smells like dirty dog because her and dirty d.og runs around the office
when there was a problem filling my prescription she could not even be bothered with it and hung up on me. I read all the awful ng reviews about this doctor and I didn't listen and I regret that. avoid the doctor at all cost any good reviews find online are probably posted by her there are a total of four good reviews in a sea of bad ones. I can't believe that doctors like this out there

I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all.
