I love Dr. Sheppard's Office. Dr. Sheppard has an excellent bedside manner. He really seems to care about his patients and answering their questions. The first time I went to see Dr. Sheppard. I did not care for his office staff. They left me waiting for hours before I complained...only to find out the Doctor had left to deliver a baby. This is how I got Sheppard instead of Fiore. Now, the office staff is much better. I am back again after a 5 year absence, and I am much more impressed with the office staff. They are not perfect, but they do the best they can. They also seem to care.

I will absolutely return. I never have to wait long for my appointment. They are always concerned for my well-being and ask about my overall health. This practice is worth the 90 mile drive to see the same doctor.
