Dr. Chan and I filled out a lab form where I specifically asked for a number of laboratory tests. Unbeknownst to me, he added extra tests and left me with excessive charges totaling $436.95. He would not respond to 3 phone calls and a formal letter asking him to help me resolve this issue.

Avoid him if you value your money.
