They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have been going to Dr O for a long time and she and her staff always listen to me and are always helpful. The Dr advises me well even if I do not want to hear it.

Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They made me wait forever and everytime I go there she is moody and short with you all she does it whop out the prescription pad and write for mess and referrals, I ask about two things that were bothering me and she gave me major attidute and said she could only help me with one. She also very rudely ask why I was on disability and said I looked fine to her
I will never return only thing good is its convinient because u can walk in

Dr. O'Connor has been my family's doctor for many years now. I love the availability to go to her as soon as I can tell something is wrong because I don't have to wait for an appointment to open up due to her walk in policy. She commonly looks outside the box when traditional treatments are not working the way the should. Overall, she is one of the best doctors I have gone to.
