Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions that I obtained myself. I wish it had been easier to locate. The staff is very impolite, but that is only made worse by Dr. Goodwin's HORRIBLE attitude and bedside manner.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Yes, I was completely at ease
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
