I love Dr. Williams. Once you actually get to the back and get to see him. He pays attention and listens to your concerns and will go out his way to help resolve your issues. The down fall is some of his staff and the wait. They seem to be either under staffed or too comfortable. You have to wait months to get an appointment and I am not quite to fond of the front desk staff. Part of that is me because I am very impatient and if I have to take off for an appointment, I don't want to wait an hour to be seen and then greeted with an attitude.

What I liked was how friendly the doctor was. I felt my family member was welcomed and think I would return if some changes were made. The office was easy enough to find. The only problem I had was that the office staff doesn't "police" anyone and, appointment or not, patients just show up which made my family member wait even longer for their scheduled appointment. Once you are with Dr. Williams, though, you most CERTAINLY have his attention! I felt that he was great!!
Dr. Williams is very personable!! VERY knowledgeable!!

I absolutely love Dr. Williams, he is very thorough and seems to really care about his patients. My only complaints are it's extremely hard to get an appointment. I called today, July 19th, and he has nothing available until late next month so when you have something that comes up and you need to see him quickly, chances are that will not happen. The other problem I have is with the wait when you do come in for the appointment. I have waited as long as an hour to see him which in my opinion is unacceptable and if I did not like him as much as I do I would seek to find another physician based on those two issues.
