I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared.
