I am writing to retract my review that I had made in Feb. Dr. Mahmood, took care of the un-professional worker that he had when I commented on this matter. Within days she was gone from his office. Since then, there is a new Office Manager, her name is Brenda. Brenda goes above and behind her lines of duties. That is why I am coming back to this site to allow people to see that at that time I was very upset. It had nothing to do with Dr. Mahmood and how he treated me, it was his office help. Again, the problem was resolved, and my brother and myself attend this office on a regular basis, Each time I come, everyone is very helpful and cheerful. The office with Brenda as office manager, runs very very smoothly. She takes the extra moment to let you know she cares. Thanks so much Brenda, and Dr. Mahmood. My apologies for the last comment. You know it is very upsetting when you are sick and not feeling well, then you call or come into this office, and the recepionist, and the whole staff is pure NASTY> Oh please don't call. they are always busy, oh please don't ask for a refill, it takes weeks. But have your money ready when you waqlk in that door, or you will not be seen. It is terrible, I so can not wait to find another doctor. That whole staff makes you sicker then you are.... I know this won't post. But I have taken other actions as well. Dr. Mahmood please get yourself a new staff before all your patients go somewhere else. Sincerely

The doctor is more woied about getting more money then helping you. he spend 5 min at most with you and says see you in 3 months. on ocation he will write a prescription. but it will not do anything and he will want you to take it for 6 months before he changes it.
