Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No, there was no annoying music

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that they had about different types of contacts. They were so helpful that they even recommended a brand that they thought would be appropriate for my lifestyle. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I came in a month ago for an eye exam. I found American Eye Care through my coverage (VSP) . Since I live in nearby Long Island City, I thought why not.
I didn't expect much, but when I came here it made me realize what I was missing.
The staff was most accommodating,not pushy at all. They helped me choose frames while I waited for the exam.
Once in the exam room, Dr. Stadlen explained everything he was doing in detail. He is also chatty and personable, very nice traits for a doctor who looked like he was so busy. It felt nice knowing that despite the several patients that were waiting in the waiting area, he took his time with me and even managed to start up a conversation. He seems very interested in his patient's well being and made me feel like an individual case, not just another patient.

I can see why people wait to see him-well worth the time.
I'll be back for sure.
