I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.
They have never cancelled an appointment....and they make reminder calls... so I don't forget. Their prices were very fair. Dr. Epstein took extra time with my husband...who is an artist and very picky about the nuances of his vision. He and his receptionist wife Barbara are very friendly, and he is especially personable and funny.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
