Dr. Moosa and staff honestly care for you as a person, not just a 'patient'. They take time with you to explain your concerns and thoughts. I highly recommend them to everyone seeking answers, guidance and 5 star medical care!

My Internist underdiagnosed me when I knew I had hypothyroidism, but Dr. Moosa knew right away that I had it. I walked out feeling confident and happy when I left. I thought he had a reasonable, intelligent, and personable personality. I read a negative review about him and I totally disagree, talking to him is like talking to a peer.

Dr. Moosa is a real hearted doctor with a smiling heart each time he sees you which is very comforting, reassuring. He takes time to explain the results of your blood tests. I am so fortunate to have him as my doctor.

He is the most thorough and understanding physician I have ever seen. His diagnoses are spot on and he pursues issues very methodically. He's extremely knowledgeable even about matters outside his expertise but is quick to refer you to other outstanding physicians if circumstances so dictate.

The doctor is always in a rush. He is too rushed to answer any questions. His staff is coarse and rude except for the nurse practitioners. Usually no one will pick up the phone when you call.

I have many endocrinology related issues, and he was able to correlate and address all of them, all while spending time and listening to each of my complaints with empathy. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an endocrinologist.

I am never one to take the time to write reviews but I am hoping that this will help someone. The first appointment wasn't bad and he seemed very friendly, but I left a little confused due to his explanations. I figured I just didn't ask the right questions. When I came back a month later for a "follow up," I was very disappointed. His attitude was very negative towards us and every time I would ask a question he was extremely rude and condescending. None of my questions were answered. I waited a month for him to do absolutely nothing for me and only to tell me to come back in another month after I had another test done. The whole appointment was just a waste of time and money! I have an overactive thyroid and it is now under control after only seeing a different doctor TWICE. The office staff is also rude with the exception of one woman. It took me a few days to get a hold of them to pay a bill because the phone would just ring and ring and go to an answering machine that says they will get back to you within 24 hours. If you are trying to decide on a doctor right now, I'd suggest going somewhere else...unless you don't mind these things. I was not happy that I wasted my time.
