Refused to refill a prescription for a chronic condition without requiring a follow-up appointment. This appointment took 3 minutes--just long enough for him to write the prescription, without actually examining me.

In addition, his staff are rude and make it clearly obvious that the office runs for their convenience; not yours.

His appointment costs $215. My insurance does pay this, but the man is obviously only in this for the money. Absolutlely unethical. Look elsewhere for your doctor.
