They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. i have been treating with this md since diagnosed over five years ago with type 2 diabetes. . the office staff as never been friendly but ok.. The MD and Nurse pract has always been friendly and easy to talk with.. However the last few appt they now do electronic records and basically sit and type.. very little eye contact or listening. Asking the same quetions multiple times without really listenening . I am unsure if i am continuing with this practice. Office staff acts annoyed if you call for any reason.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find.
Dr. Adler is very kind and easy going.However, his staff has always been rude and unaccomdating.Last year they failed to recommend a preferred testing lab and booked at the facility I usually use. After the test they told me they do not prefer that facility for the testing!! The staff should have told me that at the office when asked where I wanted to go. It would not have been a problem to go to their preferred facility.
I am trying to change the date of the appointment I made a year ago, giving 3 months notice and the next available date won't be until October.
I was 10 minutes late for an appointment once and was told Dr. Adler may not be able to see me since I was not working in to his schedule. Generally I wait 15 minutes prior to be called in to have blood pressure etc checked, then another 15 minutes in the exam room before the doctor arrives. Not sure how being 10 minutes late upsets the schedule.I am considering looking for a new specialist.
