They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
I needed a refill on my drugs, CVS called for me and was told they would not fill my RX. I called the Comack office and was told that I missed my last apointment (I guess i did, I must have forgot) anyway the lady in the office said that if I missed my appointment and did not have one it is the Dr.s ruels that you are not in his practice and he will not give you an RX. Ok, well then can I make an apointment and then get my prescription? yes she said. well its now after 6 and CVS said they called, but they would not still give me an Rx. And when you call after hrs. the phone message tells you to go to an emergency room if you need any help.
I am so angry with them, I cant put it into words.
My advice is to find a good DR. that gives a rats ass about you and not just his fee.
I start looking tonight.

They should get a new door in the Commack office...does not close and quite annoying in winter months..very cold office.
Also this had to be the first time that I saw a Doctor running 1 hour plus late and patients coming in 5 minutes past there appointments being sent home because they were late..What a joke.

The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.
