You will NEVER see Dr. Condon. The receptionist said Dr only sees patients with Thyroid problems.....Hmmmmmm that's what I made my appointment for ... to find out if I had. Here is how this went;
I made an appointment to see a DOCTOR, DR. CONDON, due to a host of different problems I was experiencing, starting with a growth on my thyroid, not sleeping,hair/ eyelashes loss as well as skin and weight issues.. On my initial visit instead, I saw the nurse practitioner, Laura, who immediately said that it is diabetes and told me the medicine I will have to be on.....???? this is before I even gave blood, and any labs ..... not speaking to a DR. the NURSE PRACTITiONER said it's diabeties????? Next visit I see Greg, who is the office manager, and he takes my blood work. I ask again,when do I see the DR, he said next visit when DR. CONDON reviews results. NOT SO..I make the appointment, ask for the DR,and get the nurse practitioner again. I miss the appointment and question why I am scheduled to see the Nurse Practitioner, AGAIN WHEN I ASKED FOR THE DR, SHE SAYS THE DR ONLY SEES PATIENTS WITH THYROID PROBLEMS! IF I want to see the DR she has to ask if it's ok .How did they know I don't have a thyroid problem??? The receptionist has to ask Greg's permission. This office has a game. how to bill for DR visits without ever seeing a DR and diagnose before taking labs and push meds. INTERESTING FACT>>>I WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER DR. NOT TO SEE THIS DR. BUT I had already waited for the appointment and the wheels were in motion.... I should have listened and so should you. Now they say they have no email yet they confirm appointments by email but can not release my blood work to me. Sounds like the run around because I am questioning their office practices. This is bad office practice and like a bait and switch... This office is a JOKE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I am calling my insurance co. to see how they bill for my ONE visit to the nurse practitioner. Wonder how many scripts this office and his other three write a month for this Diabetes Drug they wanted me on before I even gave lab work......
