Dr. Fiedler gave me great advice and the necessary tools to deal with several different issues ranging from how to deal with teens to longtime, deeply-rooted, complicated extended family dynamics. Making appointments with her was effortless, billing was simple and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Dr. Fiedler helped me survive my first depression, in my 20's. Gave me tools to respond to situations better and skills to recognize my patterns and not fall back into them. I have seen her for short periods of time - a year or less for life changes that I needed help with in my 30's & 40's. Her service has been invaluable to me and my husband and our families.

No, it was expensive.

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

I have been very thankful to have gotten the advise I needed when I needed it. Continued support has been wonderful! I got in when I needed to and never had to wait in the office. I was always greeted with a friendly smile and felt at ease and listened to and I got resolution of my problems and direction each visit.

I don't think she was very experienced or well-trained. She didn't know what she was doing at all. She seemed lost and confused for most of the session. She wasn't easy to reach in an emergency at all. I had to call several times before someone finally answered. She doesn't treat her clients equally at all, and only make time for her favorite clients. If she didn't like me, she didn't make time for me. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
