DO NOT believe this guy's claim. He does not remember you or your issues from one appointment to the next or take notes. He does not display his credentials. He is only interested in "waving his magic wand" and ask you to go back decades while he completely dismisses your issues and your needs.
He is a QUACK and a SCAM artist. This is my opinion.

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

They were decent, but not very affordable
