Dr. Klein listened and engaged me when appropriate. He provided helpful suggestions to deal with some very difficult situations. He also took the time to talk to me on the phone when some things were particularly upsetting. Dr. Klein is an empathetic professional.

He mostly listened to me without engaging in a conversation which was quite awkward and unhelpful. He just listened for forty minutes and looked at me. I always left feeling that he wasn't taking me seriously or didn't care or that the time could've been utilized better, and I rarely felt better after leaving his office. He didn't explain much, didn't provide coping tools, and mostly seemed indifferent. It was a frustrating experience.
