They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

Dr Brenner is a horrible dentist, he work is terrible and all he cares about is your money. He will charge you more if you dont have dental insurance also!

I've seen Dr. Brenner for about 10 years (at least) now. My entire family goes and trusts him. My husband (terrified of dentists) even goes on a regular basis now. The office is comfortable, and friendly, and will continue to see Dr. Brenner, without any hesitation.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
Does this dentist use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
