My recent appointment was at 2:00 pm. As a new patient, I arrived a little early to fill out paperwork. I did that and sat and started reading some magazines. At about 2:10, one of the receptionists left but said they would be with me shortly.

At 2:40, when another reception reappeared from wherever she was, I told her this wasn't working, and left. She asked if I wanted to make another appointment!! There was no explanation of why they were behind schedule or anything.

This dental group demonstrated no interest in the time of other people.
