I've been going to Dr.Lum for about 40 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The staff are so professional and friendly, they treat you like family. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I always leave in better shape than when I went. Love, love, love these guys

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Starting here is my assesment of Dr. Lum, not the default paragraph above. I hope I'm not flattering Dr. L, He's a great dentist (thorough). My family & I've been going to his office for about 6 or 7 years now maybe longer. I personally had a front tooth chipped when I was in my early 20's & have had a few dentists do what only Dr. L has been able to do a good job of & it has lasted now for years, saving me time & money. He matched the color just right & like I said it's been quite a while now. If ya haven't figured it out by now I'm giving him a great report. BTW he's not paying me to do this! ;^)

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Dr. Lum is awesome and very gentle for those of you that are frightened.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
